Introduction
04.10.07
Photography has been around for a long time now and today it is growing more rapidly then ever anticipated. The invention of the PC, digital photography, bubble jet printing and the internet has led to a vast library of imagery with endless places to record, cut, paste and print. Human creativity through the lens of a camera sees beauty in the world in unique ways. Our frontier is here in our second presentation of professional photography. This year we had a bit of a challenge as we wanted very much to make this as great a success as the first festival. We have more artists and some new venues and a superb show full of an eclectic range of visions. The work is diverse and representative of many artists from throughout Ontario.
